Another year filled with warm and generous hearts

People who give will never be poor. ~ Anne Frank

Every year we reflect on the value of you, our generous and thoughtful donors, friends and community partners. With your help, so much is possible.

As 2010 comes to a close, we would like to thank everyone who opened up their hearts and their wallets by making gifts to JF&CS this year. While there is a glimmer of a recovering economy, many of us are left rebuilding and focusing on the things in life that we truly need. We thank you for making JF&CS one of your priorities just when the need is greatest.

If you have been intending to make a gift and haven’t done so yet, you still can. We greatly would appreciate and welcome a surge of end-of-year gifts! With the increase in the number of clients we saw this year in all of our service areas, gifts both large and small make a huge difference.

JF&CS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, so your gift is tax-deductible, and you’ll receive a tax receipt for your contribution.

There are many ways of giving, including:

  • Gifts of Cash. Simply write and mail a check to JF&CS or donate onlinewith a credit card.
  • Gifts of Stock. Consider donating appreciated securities (stocks, bonds or mutual funds you’ve held for more than one year) to JF&CS. Go to our stock donation page for more information and instructions.
  • Tribute Gifts. Give a gift that is easy, meaningful and from the heart — a donation in honor of someone special or in memory of a loved one. Donate online now and select JF&CS Tribute in the donor designation. Leave the rest to us — we’ll promptly mail a beautiful tribute card to the recipient of your choice.

Every dollar counts and no donation is too small. Your giving always matters, but never more so than now as we are seeing an increase in need.

With gratitude for your generous hearts and steadfast support!
